Faith and trust

26 04 2008

Faith isn’t when we blindly believe, or trust in something to be true; faith is knowing that what we trust and believe in is true. It’s head, heart, soul knowledge all at once, and it’s beautiful because whilst intellect is necessary, and what we have in order to be who we are and something that we need in order to do what we do, there are things that are more important, things that we just know are real, and cannot refute. And that’s what faith is, not blind trust, but belief with no reservations.
