Now I lay me down to sleep…

I was surfing the ‘net just now, and found this image, which made me chuckle. One bright spot in a dull grey kind of day. I love the way the little boy has his eyes squeezed-so-shut-they-can’t-be-any-shutter and the dog echoes his expression. I read in National Geographic this week that animals have a much better intelligence than we credit them with, and I was filled with a thankfulness for the many different things on this planet that have breath and praise the Lord with their presence.

There’s just too much work to do right now, and not enough of it meaningful. I can’t believe my students will be sitting their public exams so soon. I’m just stunned; it’s like it came around from the corner.

Class last night was ridiculously long, but I had no idea there was so much controversy behind the Link REIT scheme. But this is more interesting, I think. It’s a link for a watchdog of the project, and it’s very thought-provoking. Worrying, but thought-provoking.

It’s been a pretty steep learning curve for this course for a while now.

I have no ideas for my mid-term, let alone the term paper.

I’m so screwed.

Thank God we can trust Him.
